Does the person I invite need to pay?

No. Anyone you invite can read your shared journal for free, browsing entries, photos, and memories costs nothing. If they want to start adding their own entries and photos, they can subscribe at 30% off their first year.

What happens after my free trial?

After your 14-day trial, your account switches to read-only. You can still browse everything you have written, but you won't be able to create new entries, share journals, or generate Memory Books. Subscribe at any time to pick up right where you left off. If your account remains inactive for 2 months, it will be disabled and your photos will be permanently deleted - your data is yours.

Can I print my Memory Book?

Yes! When you generate a Memory Book, you can choose Print mode which adds proper bleed margins for professional printing. Download the PDF and it's designed to look beautiful on paper. Printing services are coming soon on Memori too.

Is my data private?

Absolutely. Your photos are stored in a private, encrypted bucket and are never publicly accessible. Every image uses a temporary signed URL that expires after 24 hours. Your journal entries are protected by row-level security, so only you and the people you explicitly invite can see them. Your data is yours. Inactive accounts are disabled after 2 months and photos are permanently deleted.

How many journals can I create?

As many as you like. Create separate journals for memories, travel, daily life, or anything else. There's no limit.

Can I use Memori with a partner or group?

Yes, that's what Memori is built for. Invite anyone to a shared journal and you'll all see each other's entries on the same timeline. Perfect for couples, groups, or close friends who want to capture memories together.

Is there a limit on photos or entries?

You can add as many entries as you like. Photos are currently limited to 10 per day across all journals, but there is no limit on entries. Planning an event or celebration like a wedding, festival, or group trip? Contact us at memorispaces@gmail.com and we can help.

Can I export my data?

You can generate a Memory Book PDF from any journal at any time. It's yours to keep, download, and print. You can also export all your photos. Your memories are yours to keep - they are never locked inside the app.

What devices does Memori work on?

Memori is available on iPhone and Android. Your account syncs across devices, so you can write on your phone and browse on your partner's tablet.

How does voice-to-text work?

Tap the microphone while creating an entry and speak naturally. Memori transcribes your words into text automatically. Perfect for capturing a memory when you don't feel like typing.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

Your account switches to read-only. You can still browse all your entries and photos, but you won't be able to add new ones. You have 2 months to resubscribe if you change your mind. After that, your account will be disabled and your photos permanently deleted - your data is yours.
