Not on Memori Together. The owner pays and everyone they invite is covered, up to 6 people in total, with no subscription of their own. Covered members can add their own entries and photos to a shared journal, and keep private journals of their own alongside it. Someone you invite who is not covered by your plan and has no plan of their own can still read the shared journal, they just can't add to it until they are covered.

We send a reminder on day 12, so you can cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged. If you subscribe, billing starts on day 14 through the App Store or Google Play. If you don't, your account switches to read-only: you can still browse everything you have written, but you won't be able to create new entries, share journals, or generate Memory Books. Subscribe at any time to pick up right where you left off. Your account may be disabled after around 90 days of inactivity, and your entries and photos may then be permanently deleted after a short period, with advance warning. Your data is yours.

Yes! When you generate a Memory Book, you can choose Print mode which adds proper bleed margins for professional printing. Download the PDF and it's designed to look beautiful on paper. You can also order a professionally printed and bound copy from inside the app and have it delivered.

Absolutely. Your photos are stored in a private, encrypted bucket and are never publicly accessible. Every image uses a temporary signed URL that expires after an hour. Your journal entries are protected by row-level security, so only you and the people you explicitly invite can see them. Your data is yours.
